Christ is Born!

Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ,

The year 2025 is coming to an end, and we stand at the threshold of the New Year — 2026. Every year we live is a precious gift of God’s love and mercy. Looking back with gratitude, we recognize that the past year was filled with important events, challenges, and grace-filled changes in the life of our parish community.

I thank the Lord for each of you. Together, we have tried to use the time God entrusted to us wisely, and, following the example of the Gospel parable of the talents, we did not fear change but walked the path of renewal and transformation with faith and hope.

We do not know what 2026 will bring, but we can confidently say: the Lord is already there. Therefore, let us not be afraid to continue building our personal and parish life on Christian values, on the Gospel of love, truth, and service. As the Apostle Paul reminds us: If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31).

Let us remain with God, for in Him alone is our victory, our hope, and our love.

May the newborn Christ bless every family, grant peace to our hearts, strength in our daily labors, and the light of faith for each day of the New Year.

Let us continue our prayers for the Ukrainian people, for our soldiers and chaplains, for all who stand guard over peace and freedom, for the wounded and displaced, and for mothers and children who endure suffering. Let us also pray for the end of war and violence, for justice, and for peace throughout the world.

Wishing you a blessed and happy New Year 2026!

With prayers,

Fr. Roman
