“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I say, rejoice!” — Philippians 4:4
Joy is not just a passing emotion.
It is a choice of the heart.
Even in the darkness, the Wise Men rejoiced, because they knew they were walking toward the Light.
Joy is born when we welcome God’s presence in the ordinary moments of life:
in a kind word, in gratitude, in quiet breathing, in the light of a candle.
Joy is when the heart turns its face toward God.
Challenge:
Do one small thing that brings you joy — have tea, take a walk, offer a smile. Do it intentionally, with God.
