This weekend, our parish family gathered with friends for our annual parish picnic.
We began the day with a prayer and blessing from Fr. Roman. We placed the day in God’s hands and prayed for His blessing upon our families, our parish community, and the Ukrainian people.
Throughout the day, everyone had the opportunity to enjoy time together, share a meal, visit with one another, and take part in different activities. It was especially joyful to see children, young people, adults, and older members of our community all together.
Gatherings like this are an important part of parish life. They give us a chance not only to take a break from our daily routines, but also to get to know one another better, build friendships, and experience the joy of being one Christian family.
We sincerely thank everyone who helped organize and prepare the picnic, brought food, helped throughout the day, and contributed to making this gathering a special and memorable one for everyone.
May this good parish tradition continue for many years, giving us more opportunities to pray together, spend time together, and share the joy of our parish family.
