St Volodymyr Ukrainian Catholic Church in Santa Clara, CA

On Sunday, St. Volodymyr Parish joyfully celebrated its parish feast day, honoring Saint Volodymyr, Equal to the Apostles, the patron saint of our parish.

The Divine Liturgy was celebrated by Fr. Oleh Zatvarskyi, the newly appointed pastor of the Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God Parish in St. Louis, Missouri. He was joined by Fr. Oleg Kepeshchuk, pastor of the Immaculate Conception Parish in San Francisco.

After the Divine Liturgy, the faithful took part in the blessing with holy water and the anointing. The pastor, Fr. Roman Bobesiuk, thanked the clergy, parishioners, benefactors, and guests for their prayers, support of our parish and Ukraine, reminding everyone that our strength is found in unity.

The celebration continued with a festive parish meal, giving everyone a chance to spend time together and enjoy the fellowship of our parish family.

We sincerely thank everyone who helped make this celebration possible through their prayers, hard work, and generosity. May Saint Volodymyr pray for our parish, for Ukraine, and for all our families, asking God to grant us peace, unity, and abundant blessings.
